Down in Front Tickets sells tickets above the face value printed on the ticket. Our prices reflect the cost of obtaining quality seating. Tickets are priced at the current market value and are subject to change at any time without notice.
If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rain out, earthquake, flood, etc.), war, terrorism, strike or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Shipping charges are not refundable. Tickets must be received back in our office within 14 days of the announcement of the cancellation.
If part of any event cancels, then there are no refunds.
If an event is rescheduled, the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show (Note: the tickets you have will be good for the rescheduled event. New tickets will not be issued).
In case of a rainout (or strike for a sporting event) no refunds will be made. You must exchange the tickets at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available.
When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.
Problems with any order must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receiving the tickets.
